The firm was founded in 2010 by Managing Director John Pratt, a qualified accountant with a background in finance within the computer and space industry. After gaining years of experience working in highly technical sectors, John wanted to bring the same level of precision and problem-solving to small businesses and individuals who often find managing accounts and tax overwhelming.
